The best lead generation MCP servers
Lead generation MCP servers let your agent find companies, search for people by title, and verify work emails. Here is what each covers, what it costs, how it connects, and which to pick.
Which MCP servers find leads and verified emails?
Which MCP servers cover lead generation?
Lead generation MCP servers fall into four groups: prospect databases for finding companies and people, enrichment tools for verified work emails and phone numbers, workflow layers that waterfall across providers, and niche sources such as local businesses from Google Maps. Below: what each covers (prices checked October 2026), how it connects, and which to pick.
For prospecting workflows once a data source is connected, see the best MCP servers for marketing. For LinkedIn prospect research tools, see the best LinkedIn MCP servers.

Clay MCP

Your agent can search Clay's people and company database, run enrichments through Clay's 200+ data providers, execute ops-managed Functions, and query CRM accounts with Clay Audiences (Enterprise only).
Connecting is free, with 500 Clay credits on first connect. After that, MCP spends the same credits as the Clay web app, with no MCP surcharge. Checked October 2026, Launch starts at $185/mo billed monthly ($167/mo annually) and Growth at $495/mo ($446/mo annually). Admin controls for rep access, credit limits and Functions are on modern Launch, Growth and Enterprise plans plus Legacy Enterprise.
For step-by-step setup in Claude and ChatGPT, troubleshooting, and when to use Clay MCP, see the Clay MCP setup guide. For a comparison with Manifold's leads tools, see Clay MCP alternative.
Best for: Teams already running prospecting in Clay who want reps to access data and workflows from their AI tools.
ZoomInfo MCP
ZoomInfo MCP is ZoomInfo's official hosted server at https://mcp.zoominfo.com/mcp. Connect via OAuth in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients. You need a ZoomInfo license (GTM.ai self-serve or Enterprise). Your agent can search companies and contacts, enrich records, discover buying signals, manage audiences (lists), and generate account and contact research briefings. Enrichment and other credit-consuming actions use the credits on your ZoomInfo plan.
Best for: Teams already on ZoomInfo who want their B2B intelligence data in their AI tools.
Limits: Requires a ZoomInfo subscription. API limits, credits and feature availability from your ZoomInfo account apply to MCP usage.
Amplemarket MCP
Amplemarket MCP is Amplemarket's official hosted server at https://mcp.amplemarket.com/mcp. Connect via OAuth in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client. It works with the data in your Amplemarket account. Your agent can search for prospects, enrich contacts and companies, manage lead lists, check activity, and query analytics. It is rate-limited to 100 requests per minute per user. Checked October 2026, enrichment costs 0.5 Amplemarket credits per request, the same as in the app, and revealing emails or phone numbers costs extra.
Best for: Teams already on Amplemarket who want prospecting and enrichment from their agent.
Limits: Requires an Amplemarket subscription. Usage runs against your account's data and credits.
FullEnrich MCP
FullEnrich MCP is a hosted server at https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp. Sign in with OAuth. It runs a waterfall, querying 20+ providers in sequence until it finds verified data, and FullEnrich says its fill rate averages around 80%. Your agent can search for people and companies with natural language or specific filters (role, company, industry, location, company size), enrich contacts with verified work emails and mobile numbers, and export results as CSV or JSON. Checked October 2026, FullEnrich's help center says a search through MCP gives a free preview of the first 10 results plus the total count, and exporting results costs 0.25 FullEnrich credits per contact or company.
FullEnrich starts you with 50 free credits, then sells monthly credit plans, and charges credits only when it finds data.
Best for: Verified work emails and mobile numbers across multiple providers, with a waterfall that prioritizes accuracy over single-source coverage.
Limits: Enrichment costs credits, and the free credits cover only a small test.
Vibe Prospecting
Vibe Prospecting is Explorium's hosted MCP server at https://vibeprospecting.explorium.ai/mcp. Sign in with your Explorium account on first use, with no API key to manage. Vibe Prospecting lists Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Manus, plus a plugin for Claude Code and Codex. Your agent can search for companies and contacts, enrich profiles, research accounts, and export results as CSV. It draws on 50+ B2B data sources.
Checked October 2026, Explorium lists a free plan to start.
Best for: Testing with a free plan before committing to a paid prospecting platform.
Limits: Bulk operations are sampled for large requests to protect your credits. Refine filters with the sample before running the full export.
LeadIQ MCP
LeadIQ MCP is LeadIQ's official hosted server at https://mcp.leadiq.com/mcp. Sign in with OAuth (email/password or Google). It connects Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other MCP clients. Your agent can enrich contacts and companies, prospect for new leads with filters such as title, seniority, industry, company size and technologies, manage prospect lists, verify emails, and export prospects to Salesforce. LeadIQ's docs say a free tier is available, so no purchase is needed to connect. Checked October 2026, a work email costs 1 LeadIQ credit and email verification 0.1.
Best for: Teams on LeadIQ or testing a free tier, with Salesforce export when ready to move prospects into the CRM.
Limits: Requires a LeadIQ account. Credit balance and unlock costs from your account apply.
Scrap.io MCP
Scrap.io MCP connects your agent to Scrap.io's Google Maps business database. Add https://scrap.io/mcp as a custom connector and authorize with your Scrap.io account. Your agent can search businesses by category and location across 195 countries, filter by website, phone, email, rating, reviews and social media, and export results. Scrap.io lists a 7-day free trial with 100 leads. Checked October 2026, paid plans start at $49/mo billed monthly ($35/mo annually), and every plan includes MCP access.
Best for: Local business leads and geotargeting where LinkedIn and B2B databases have limited coverage.
Limits: Covers local businesses listed on Google Maps, not people at B2B companies.
AgentEnrich
AgentEnrich is a local MCP server you run via npx @agentenrich/mcp with your own API key. Its docs say the server gives your agent 12 tools, covering prospect packages (LinkedIn URL to email, phone, peers and hooks), email finding, decision-maker search, buying committees, account research, job change triggers, lookalike accounts and saved ICP queries. Pricing is pay per call: checked October 2026, a verified email costs 2 AgentEnrich credits and a full account brief 25.
AgentEnrich positions itself as API-first, priced per call rather than per seat, with no demo call to get a key. Its free tier is capped at 50 credits a day.
Best for: Developers building agents with API-first enrichment and no vendor lock-in.
Limits: A local server, and you manage your own API key.
Manifold
Manifold is a hosted lead and contact search MCP. It covers company search, people search, and finding and verifying work emails. People search returns names, titles and companies; to get an address, use leads_get_email for one person or leads_get_domain_emails for the addresses known at a domain. One person's email is looked for across several email finders in turn and verified before it is returned.
To build a target list, search for companies with leads_search_companies, then for people there by title with leads_search_people, then use leads_get_email for each person worth contacting. The same server also covers SEO, AI visibility, social, Reddit and ads data. For tool details and credit costs, see the leads tools documentation. To compare it with Clay's own server, see Clay MCP alternative.
Manifold is pay per call. Every workspace gets 500 free credits. After that, Pro starts at $20/mo. No API keys of your own are needed.
Limits: Company and people search and work emails only, with no CRM write-back or sequencer integration.
Best for: One hosted server across SEO, social, ads and leads. Per-call credits, and no API keys of your own to manage.
Pairing with a CRM MCP
Once you have a lead list, HubSpot and Salesforce both run MCP servers that let your agent write contacts back to your CRM. HubSpot MCP is hosted at https://mcp.hubspot.com and reads and writes contacts, companies, deals and tickets. Salesforce's MCP server for Marketing Cloud Engagement works with data extensions, journeys and automations.
For a full comparison of both, see the best MCP servers for marketing.
Example lead generation prompts
Once a lead generation server is connected, your agent can handle multi-step prospecting workflows from a single conversation. Here are five prompts you can paste into Claude or ChatGPT:
Build a target list from an ICP: "Find B2B SaaS companies in the US with 50 to 200 employees. Then find the VP of Marketing and Head of Sales at each company. Return a table with company name, person name, title, and LinkedIn URL."
Find and verify work emails: "Take this list of 20 people and find verified work emails for each. Flag anyone where no email was found and tell me the success rate."
Check email deliverability before a campaign: "I have a CSV of 100 email addresses from last year's event. Check which ones are still deliverable and which have bounced or are invalid."
Research an account's buying committee: "Find the decision-makers at acme.com for a marketing automation purchase: CMO, VP of Marketing, Marketing Ops lead, and Head of Demand Gen. Include their work emails and a one-line summary of their background."
Combine signals for warm outreach: "Find companies in fintech that raised Series B funding in the last 6 months and are hiring for growth roles. Return the CEO and VP of Sales at each, with verified emails."
A note on compliance
Verified emails are a deliverability signal: they tell you an address exists and accepts mail, not that the recipient has consented to receive your message. Outreach must follow consent and anti-spam rules in the jurisdictions where you operate, regardless of whether the email was verified. Work with your legal and compliance teams to ensure your campaigns meet those standards.
Which lead generation MCP server should you use?
Pick by what you already pay for and whether you need a workflow platform or raw data.
You already use Clay. Use Clay MCP, so your reps can access data from 200+ providers and run ops-managed workflows from their AI tools. The Clay MCP setup guide covers the admin controls, credit limits and common issues.
You already use ZoomInfo, Amplemarket or LeadIQ. Use their MCP servers. Your agent uses the data you already pay for, and the OAuth flow is fast.
You want verified emails and phones across multiple providers. FullEnrich MCP runs a waterfall that checks 20+ sources in turn.
You want to test with a free plan. Vibe Prospecting and LeadIQ both list free tiers. Test them, then decide whether to upgrade.
You need local business leads from Google Maps. Scrap.io MCP searches Google Maps business data by category and location.
You are building an agent and want an API-first enrichment stack. AgentEnrich charges per call rather than per seat.
You want one server for SEO, social, ads and leads, with per-call pricing and no API keys. Manifold charges per call, includes 500 free credits per workspace, and needs no API keys of your own.
Run this in your agent
Connect Manifold to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, then paste this prompt.
Find B2B SaaS companies in the US with 50 to 200 employees. Then find the VP of Marketing and Head of Sales at each company, and return verified work emails for each person.
