Brand monitoring your AI agent can read

Watch Reddit, social media, competitors, Google rankings and AI answers on a schedule. Each check keeps what it saw, so the next one says what changed: an email when it matters, and a feed your agent reads in Claude or ChatGPT.

How every monitor works

  1. 1Pick what to watchKeywords, subreddits, accounts, pages, brands or questions, in the dashboard or by asking your agent. The monthly cost shows before it starts.
  2. 2The first check is a starting pointIt records what is there and reports nothing, so old posts never arrive as news.
  3. 3Every check after says what changedHourly, daily or weekly, each check compares with the last and keeps only what is new.
  4. 4An alert, and a feed your agent readsNew threads and posts email you, at most once a day per monitor. Ask “what did my monitors find?” and your agent reads every change.

Questions about monitors

What is brand monitoring?

Brand monitoring is watching where your brand, products and competitors come up, such as Reddit threads, social posts, Google results and AI answers, so you can reply, fix or learn from them while they are fresh. A monitor repeats the search on a schedule and reports only what is new.

Can my agent set it up for me?

Yes. Ask in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any connected client, such as “monitor this every day”. The agent shows the monthly cost first and creates the monitor once you agree. Later, ask what changed and it reads the monitor’s finds. You can also make one in the dashboard. How monitors work

Can a monitor run up a bill?

Each check charges for the calls it makes, shown as a monthly estimate before you start. Your workspace’s spend cap applies to monitors as to everything else: at the cap checks are skipped until it resets, and with no credits left a monitor pauses until you act. There is no overage. How credits work

Why did the first check find nothing?

The first check records a starting point and reports nothing, so a week of old posts or a page's existing links never arrive as news. Changes are reported from the second check on.

How long are finds kept?

A change keeps its summary for as long as the monitor exists. Quoted text, such as a post title, and details such as the author and likes are cleared after 30 days. Whole posts and AI answer text are not stored.
