  • What do 1-star Google Play reviews of our competitor’s app complain about, and how does the developer reply?

  • Which Play Store searches does Microsoft Teams rank for that Slack does not?

  • Find CRM apps on Google Play with over 100,000 installs and their support emails.

Any app, not only your own

Google’s Play Developer API reads reviews for the apps you publish. Google Play scraper libraries reach any app, but they are code you run and keep working when the store changes. Manifold reads any Google Play app from one URL, and adds the Play Store keyword data neither offers.

Questions about the Google Play MCP

Is there an official Google Play MCP server?

Google publishes the Play Developer API for the apps you own, not a server that reads the store. Manifold reads any public Google Play app: its listing, reviews, chart positions and the searches it ranks for.

Can it read Google Play reviews of any app?

Yes, newest or most relevant first, with stars, text, the app version, how many found it helpful and the developer’s reply. Up to 1,000 reviews a call, at 1 credit per 100. What each app store tool returns

What can my agent look up on Google Play?

One app’s full listing with installs and the developer’s email, website and address, its reviews, the top free, paid or grossing chart by category, apps whose title matches a word, the Play Store searches an app ranks for, the apps it competes with and the keywords several apps share.

Is it a Google Play scraper?

It gives your agent what a scraper would, without the code: listings, reviews and charts are read live from the store and kept working for you. Ask in plain words and the agent picks the tool.

Does it need a Play Console account?

No. Nothing connects to your developer account, so it cannot see your own installs by country, revenue or crash data, and it cannot reply to reviews. For those, use the Play Console.

Does it cover the App Store too?

Yes. The same tools read the App Store, with its subtitles, top charts and App Store search keywords. App Store MCP

Which clients does it work with?

Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Grok, OpenCode and any other client that connects to a remote MCP server. Sign in with OAuth, or use an API key from the dashboard for scripts. Setup guides for every client
