The prompt
We asked our own agent, Claude Code connected to Manifold, to do the job on manifoldmcp.com on 26 October 2026:
Find SEO quick wins for manifoldmcp.com from our Search Console: queries where we rank
between 5 and 20 with real impressions in the last 28 days, by page. Tell me which page
to improve first and why.The calls
| Step | Tool | Input | Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | console_list_properties | none | 0 |
| 2 | console_get_search_analytics | sc-domain:manifoldmcp.com, by query and page, 26 September to 23 October, 300 rows | 0 |
The first call finds the sites the connected Google account can read. The second returns clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position for each query and page.
What came back
300 query and page rows, 2,793 impressions in all. No row met the filter of position 5 to 20 with 20 or more impressions. The closest was our own brand name on the docs page, at position 8 with 12 impressions. There was no quick win in the usual sense.
The agent then grouped the rows by query and found this instead:
| Query | Impressions | Our pages that showed | Best position |
|---|---|---|---|
| best seo mcp servers | 233 | 7 | 65.7 |
| best mcp server for seo | 222 | 5 | 63.0 |
| best seo mcp server | 218 | 5 | 67.0 |
| best mcps for seo | 163 | 6 | 63.8 |
| best mcp for seo | 161 | 5 | 53.4 |
| best seo mcps | 158 | 5 | 67.2 |
Together those queries had 1,155 impressions and no clicks, spread over these pages:
| Page | Impressions | Average position |
|---|---|---|
| /blog/best-seo-mcp-servers | 405 | 75.2 |
| /mcp/seo | 344 | 72.0 |
| /blog/best-mcp-servers-for-claude-code-seo (now redirects) | 269 | 73.1 |
| /blog/best-mcp-servers-for-competitor-research | 74 | 82.6 |
| /blog/best-mcp-servers-for-content-marketing | 37 | 67.0 |
| /blog | 24 | 68.3 |
| /blog/best-mcp-servers-for-marketing | 2 | 80.0 |
What the agent concluded
The biggest search we show up for is "best SEO MCP server" and its variants, and Google splits it across several of our pages, none of them in the top 50. The roundup at /blog/best-seo-mcp-servers is the page meant to own that search. The fix is to make the other pages link to it with that phrase, and keep them from answering the same question, before writing anything new.
On a young site a quick-win search can come back empty. Here the useful output was the split.
Run it on your site
Paste the prompt above with your own domain. Your agent needs Manifold connected and your Google account linked to it; the Search Console tools cost nothing. For the whole job with a ranked fix list, add the Claude SEO skill, which carries the quick-wins method.
