## What the agent concluded

- **One directory is more than half the profile.** aitoolly.com gives 355 of the 665 backlinks. Without it, the site has 310 links from 74 domains.
- **Most linking sites pass nothing.** 19 of the 50 domains pass any rank at all. The rest are AI tool directories and listing sites, and 29 of the 75 domains link only with nofollow.
- **A few links are worth watching.** Six domains have a spam score of 25 or more, each with one or two links. The whole profile's spam score averages 2, but a spam score describes the linking sites, not what they do to rankings.
- **The profile is a month old and built on listings.** The first link was seen on 25 September. Links from articles that chose to mention the product are the next thing to earn, and none of them passes measurable rank yet.

## Questions

### Is domain rank the same as Ahrefs DR?

No. Domain rank is DataForSEO's score from 0 to 1,000, the same kind of number as Ahrefs DR or Moz DA but on its own scale. Compare it with other domains' rank, not with DR.

### Why was the run free?

Both calls had been paid for that week, and a repeat of a call this account already paid for comes from the cache at no cost. Live, they cost 10 and 11 credits.

### Should I disavow the spammy links?

Not on a spam score alone. A handful of low-quality links is normal, and Google ignores most of them. Disavow only links you know were bought or built to manipulate rankings.

### Can I see a competitor's backlinks?

Yes. The same tools take any domain or page, so your agent can list the sites linking to a competitor and not to you.
