# Read any app's App Store reviews

> Paste an app's App Store link. We pull its latest reviews with the stars, title, text and version, show how the ratings split, and let you download them.

This is a free tool on the web page at https://www.manifoldmcp.com/free-tools/app-store-reviews: 10 runs a day per visitor, no signup, run by a person in a browser. An agent can do the same job, and more, by connecting Manifold's MCP server at `https://mcp.manifoldmcp.com/mcp` (250 free credits a month). See [App Store MCP server](https://www.manifoldmcp.com/mcp/app-store.md).

## How it works

1. Find the app on the App Store and copy its link.
2. Paste it in. Any app works, yours or a competitor's.
3. Read the latest reviews and their stars, then download them as a CSV.

## What users hate about every app in your category

Reviews are a free product roadmap, yours and your rivals'. With Manifold connected, your agent reads hundreds of reviews per app, groups the complaints and requests, tracks them by release, and lines them up against the keywords each app ranks for.

| | Here | In your agent with Manifold |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Reviews | The latest 100 | Up to 500 on the App Store, 1,000 on Google Play |
| Apps | One | Yours and every competitor |
| Analysis | The star split | Complaints and requests, grouped by theme and version |
| Price | Free | 1 credit per 100 reviews |

### Things to ask your agent

- Read the last 500 App Store reviews of [app] and group the complaints by theme.
- What do one-star reviews of [competitor app] ask for that our app already does?
- Did reviews of [app] get worse after its last version? Compare the star split by version.

## Questions

### How do I see all reviews of an app?

The App Store shows a handful on each listing. Paste the app's link here to read its latest hundred, with the stars and version of each, and download them.

### Why does the star split differ from the rating?

The rating counts every star rating, and most people rate without writing anything. The split here is only over the latest written reviews, which lean to people with something to say.

### Which country's reviews are these?

The US store's. Reviews on the App Store are kept per country.

### Is the App Store review tool free?

Yes. You get 10 apps a day here, with no signup. For more, connect Manifold to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor: the free plan gives your agent 250 credits every month, with no card.
